Tasting Notes
Bottling: Whisky Galore Aberlour 1989 - 14yo Single Malt Scotch Whisky. Whisky Galore
Cask No: NA - 46%.
Colour: Pale pale straw.
Nose: Malty, spicey.
Flavour: Slightly oaky, raisins & nuts.
Finish: Lingering & full sweetness.
Comments:  Very complex!

Bottling: Whisky Galore Aberlour 1995 - 10yo Single Malt Scotch Whisky.  
Cask No: 7411.
Colour: Pale Amber.
Nose: Initially very powerful then a Creaminess and lots of warm toffee notes.
Flavour: Doesn’t taste as strong, huge toffee flavour.
Finish: Long lingering creaminess.
Comments:  A big toffee monster.
