Colour: Pale straw.
Nose: Flowery, Hay, hint of peat.
Flavour: Almonds ands with a slight fruitiness.
Finish: Crisp & dry.
Comments:  A very drinkable malt.

Bottling: Whisky Galore Aultmore 1989 - 14yo Single Malt Scotch Whisky.  
Cask No: 2456.
Colour: Gold with copper highlights.
Nose: Expensive caramel ice cream, fruity – citrus.
Flavour: Shery is evident with lighter fruits – lime marmalade.
Finish: Short cooling – raisins and prunes.
Comments:  Big toffee and dried fruits – more please.
