July 2008 - Whisky Pairing Dinner in Singapore hosted by Andrew Skene

The head honchos David & Jennifer from Precious Times and two dandy Scots - Andrew from Spirit of Scotland on the left with Chef Joseph.

Andrew sharing with guests details of the bottlings they’ll be enjoying that fateful evening – a divine Rare Auld Caperdonich 1968.

The crowd’s certainly taken well to the whiskies as they raise a congratulatory toast to our whisky presenter for an event well done.

Andrew gets way laid with questions about Scotland, single malt and DTC as he makes his rounds around the 70 guests.
Spirit of Scotland Pte Ltd and Desco Luxury collaborated with luxury watch retailer Precious Times to put together an evening of fine dining for their top clients at the Pan Pacific Singapore. With single malts paired with food lovingly prepared by Chef Joseph Martin of the Pan Pacific, guests were brought on a whisky trail as Andrew Skene, the whisky presenter of the evening, shares with them the varying nuances of each single malts they’re enjoying.
